CYCLE facilitates collaboration, and enables the creative process of application design and development. It is a differentiated offering to KPMG's clients.
I worked on ideation, information architecture, design, and process management.
KPMG CYCLE centralizes design assets and tracks the entire design evolution from concept to delivery. Easy to use by design professionals as well as business users without a technical background.
The client service model for experience design requires streamlined communication, collaboration, and agreements. Prior to Cycle, KPMG's entrance into digital solution consulting was not optimized for scale and consistent collaboration. The journey map presented potential pitfalls and opportunities.
Although the design process is seldom linear, aligning to key sequencing and operational process provided a strategy toward addressing key goals.
Strategy informed functionality which was innovative and ahead of comparable products. Robust prototyping, live "follow along" collaboration, issue tracking integration, and journey map design lowered the barrier for delivering well crafted experiences to customers.
Measurable impact was derived. Business stakeholders and clients benefited from a more efficient process which led to engagement confidence and business renewals.
